Many of you have asked how you can help!
Kaia Yoga has been a proud part of the Fairfield County community for 15 years, with this month marking our 10-year anniversary in our Westport location. With hundreds of classes, workshops and trainings, we intend to continue to be a source for yoga and meditation practice for years to come.
With that in mind, we are asking our community for help. Your donation will help us continue to stay in business during the closure of our studios in Greenwich, Old Greenwich, Darien and Westport due to the Coronavirus pandemic. Half of any donations will pay for expenses at our four locations and to maintain online access to Kaia Yoga with our staff of teachers. These funds will make it possible for you to come back to your practice space when the health threat has subsided. The other half will be shared with teachers and staff to help offset the financial losses they incur during our closure.
Please stay tuned for an email about upcoming online classes for our students so that you can continue to practice at home, which is an invaluable tool for managing stress and staying calm.
